Israel’s Magen David Adom emergency services said on Facebook it treated 10 people at the scene, including a 17-year-old girl with head and limb injuries who is sedated and on a ventilator.
Two people were listed in serious condition: a 60-year-old man with head and limb injuries and a 19-year-old woman with head injuries.
An 18-year-old woman was in moderate condition after suffering limb injuries, it said, adding that six others sustained minor injuries.
Police said the suspect was married to an Israeli woman and was living in Israel without a permit.
